AJ’s own journey toward inner peace, harmony, and balance has led her towards many different healing modalities. This experience includes Reiki Levels I and II, energy work, intuitive techniques, working with the subconscious, and sound therapy. She primarily utilizes crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and drums to bring you to the heights and depths of your experience. She has been building and exploring these skills since 2021 and considers herself a life-long-learner; she is always expanding on her knowledge in order to better serve her community. She is now offering both group and personal sound healing sessions.
Healing in the Field
One-on-one or small group (max 4 people) sessions available; indoor space, “The Den” located in York, Maine. She is able to travel, available in the New England seacoast area. Outdoor settings available (weather permitting).

1-on-1: 60 minutes – $75 (additional cost for travel dependent upon location) Group Sessions: TBD (dependent upon the number of people, message AJ to discuss and make your dream group sound sesh a reality)
