AJ’s Keto Ricotta Brownies

I’m slowly getting my recipe game together here. Still a mad scientist at heart in the kitchen. I’m just a humble home-baker, with a low carb focus, who likes to let the creativity run wild. That being said, there are a couple tried and true recipes that I love to come back to again and again. This Keto Ricotta Brownie recipe is one of those. I use this as a base for all sorts of brownie flavor combos. Quick. Easy. Doesn’t ruin my whole day of low carb eating if I have it. I keep these in the fridge avaliable most of the time to keep myself honest. Check out the video for the full recipe! I wanna keep these short, sweet and to the point. INGREDIENTS

– 15 Ounces Ricotta
– 2 Large Eggs
– 1/2 Cup Monkfruit Sweetener (granulated)
– 1/3 Cup Cacao Powder
– 1-2TB Black Cacao Powder
– 1TB Sugarfree Vanilla Syrup
– 1/8tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
– 3 Ounces Lily’s Chocolate Chips
